Yes! From cute bunnies to pet birds - we can do it all!
✔️ Good Lighting – Take the photo in a well-lit area, preferably with natural light and no filters.
✔️ Clear & Well-Framed – For headshots, a close-up, head-on photo works best. For full-body images, ensure the entire horse (ears, legs, etc.) is visible and not obstructed.
✔️ Sharp & Straight-On – Avoid blurry, overhead, or heavily shadowed photos for the best print quality.

RETURNS
You can cancel your order as long as the artwork has not been approved. Once artwork approval is given, we begin production, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@printmyhorse.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
While it's rare, occasionally your item may get damaged in shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your first email so we may help you faster.
SHIPPING
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow its journey to you. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to reach out to us at info@printmyhorse.com
Shipping starts at $3.99, with final costs based on the weight and size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
In some cases, your items may be shipped separately depending on the type of product and production times. While we strive to get everything to you as quickly as possible, please note that your order might arrive in multiple shipments. Don't worry—everything will be on its way to you!
