RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Since all of our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns once you have approved the artwork. We take great care to ensure your design is exactly as you want it before printing as all artwork is approved by you prior to printing. If you received a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible.
CANCELLATIONS: BEFORE ARTWORK IS APPROVED
You can cancel your order as long as the artwork has not been approved. Once artwork approval is given, we begin production, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@printmyhorse.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If you receive a defective or incorrect item we promise to replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via email and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective / damaged / mis-printed product.
We recommend that defects are kindly donated to your local goodwill or similar charity.
